Plain-language terms for using the $iPEPE website and interacting with the token and inscribed Pepes. Last updated 2026.

1 · What you're agreeing to

By using this site, connecting a wallet, holding $iPEPE, or minting an inscribed Pepe, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. $iPEPE is a meme token and collectible project on Solana, not a company offering a financial product.

2 · Nothing here is financial advice

Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice. $iPEPE has no intrinsic value and no promise of return. Prices can go to zero. Only spend what you can afford to lose, and do your own research before buying anything.

3 · On-chain actions are irreversible

Transactions on Solana — swaps, transfers, mints — are final and cannot be undone by us or anyone else. You are responsible for verifying the mint address, the amounts, and the wallet you're signing with before you confirm anything. The 1% transfer tax applies to token transfers.

4 · We don't custody anything

This is a non-custodial project. We never hold your keys, your tokens, or your Pepes. Your wallet stays in your control at all times. Connecting a wallet only shares your public address so the site can read your on-chain balance; it never moves funds without your signature.

5 · The art is yours; the brand is ours

If you mint and hold an inscribed Pepe, you're free to use that specific artwork personally and commercially. The $iPEPE name, logo, and site design are the project's and may not be used to imply endorsement or to launch copycat tokens.

6 · No warranty, limited liability

The site and the token are provided "as is," with no warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the project and its contributors are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, the token, the Meteora hook pool, third-party wallets, or the blockchain itself.

7 · Sanctioned jurisdictions

You may not use this site if you are located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on any restricted-persons list. By using the site you confirm you are not.

8 · Disputes

These terms are governed by general principles of contract law. Any dispute should first be raised with the project informally. Use of the site is at your own risk and discretion.
